Sympathetic Ophthalmia

Sympathetic Ophthalmia arises from the presence of some other disease located in another portion of the body, as derangement of the stomach, mange, surfeit, &c. The presence of one of these affections will indicate the cause of the other.

Treatment. — Soothing applications to the organ itself, and remedies for the removal of the primary affection.
